| At Red Canyon, the trail was wide enough to accomodate one small vehicle. Red rocks reached high above the trail, which had many blind corners that forced you to slow down and enjoy the stunning rugged beauty of this unusual rock formation. | ||||||||||||

| The red rocks are lava that froze upon gushing out of the ground, volcanic activity was rampant in this region few hundred thousand years ago! | ||||||||||||
